Cancellation Policy

MSL Cars operates a pre-booked transport service and allocates vehicles and drivers specifically for each booking.

Customer Cancellations

More than 24 hours before collection

No cancellation charge.

Between 6 and 24 hours before collection

Up to 50% of the agreed fare may be charged.

Less than 6 hours before collection

Up to 100% of the agreed fare may be charged.

No Show

Where a passenger fails to attend the agreed collection point without notice, the full booking charge may apply.

Refunds will be considered where:

• Duplicate payment has been made.
• A booking is cancelled within the      applicable cancellation period.
• MSL Cars is unable to provide the      booked service.

Refunds will not normally be issued for:

• Late passenger arrival.
• Incorrect booking information      supplied by the customer.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather      or circumstances beyond our control.
• No-show bookings.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7-14 business days.
