• Treat passengers with dignity and      respect.
• Maintain professional boundaries.
• Follow safeguarding guidance.
• Ensure journeys are conducted      safely.

Reporting Concerns

Any safeguarding concern will be taken seriously and may be reported to:

• Relevant safeguarding      authorities.
• Local authorities.
• Police.
• Licensing authorities.

Where required by law.
